ABOUT
San Francisco Heavy Equipment and Trucking Academy (SF HEAT) was founded by industry leaders Tana Harris, President of Harris Hoisting, and Michael Gregory, Co-Founder of HVYW8 Trucking Inc., to expand workforce access and career opportunities within the trucking and construction industries.
SF HEAT focuses on supporting San Francisco residents–particularly District 9, District 10, and District 11 communities, women entering the trades, returning citizens, and individuals seeking a new career direction.
